1 Lb. Ground Meat
½ Lb Bulk Italian Sausage
2 ea Crushed Garlic Cloves
1 ea Diced Large Onion
½ Lb. Sliced Mushroom
2 ea 14.5 Oz Cans Diced Tomatoes
¼ Cup Olive oil (Extra Virgin)
8 Oz Tomato Sauce
¼ Cup Cooking Wine
1 tsp Thyme
1½ TBS Oregano
2 tsp Basil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Directions:
Brown Meats with onion and Garlic. Drain Fat from meats. add other ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Serve over Spaghetti Noodles and serve with Garlic Bread and Parmesan Cheese..
