24 oz. fresh or frozen blackberries
1 cups sugar
2 tbsp. water
cup corn starch
2 tsp. almond extract
2 pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine blackberries and sugar in saucepan and bring to a boil. In a cup, mix cornstarch with water, then add to pan. Simmer until thick (about 5 minutes). Stir in almond extract. Remove from heat.

Flatten out pie crust. Line 9"X13" pan with dough. Pour filling on top of uncooked dough. Top the filling with another pie crust. If you want to be fancy, you can put a lattice crust on top,

Bake at 425 for about 30 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.

Best served warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
