2 pounds round steak cut into bite sized pieces
3/4 cup flour
Salt
Pepper
1 large onion diced
4-5 carrots peeled and sliced
4 stalks celery chopped
2 cups baby potatoes sliced in half
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
1 cup frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, salt and pepper in large ziplock bag. Add beef and shake till well coated. Cover the bottom of a large pot with a thin layer of olive oil. Add contents of bag and onions to pot and sauté till meat is browned. Cover with water and simmer for 2 hours. Add carrots and celery and simmer for 30 minutes. Add potatoes and simmer for another 25 minutes until potatoes are tender. Add Worcestershire and peas and heat 5 minutes more.
