6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
5-6 onions, chopped
3-4 green peppers, chopped
1 15oz. can of diced tomatoes
4-5 C. chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
1) Melt butter in frying pan.
2) Remove from heat and add flour.
3) Add vegetables. Cook until onion get transparent.
4) Add chicken stock.
5) Cook until thickened; at least 15 minutes.


NOTE: Green chilies can be used instead of green peppers; or any type Mexican hot pepper, to spice sauce up. Quantity depends on spiciness you are looking to achieve.
