6 medium potatoes, sliced to ⅛" thick salt pepper 2 c. heavy cream 2 c. whole milk 2 c. shredded cheese ¼ c. flour
Put ½ the potatoes in crock pot. Sprinkle ½ of the flour over potatoes. Cover with 1 c. cheese. Add remaining potatoes. sprinkle remaining flour over potatoes. Add 2 c. heavy cream and 2 c. milk. Salt and pepper to flavor. Cover with cheese. Cook on low heat 4 hours.
