4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1½ C. milk
2½ C. shredded mozzarella cheese
1¼ C. parmesan cheese
14 oz. spaghetti, broken, cooked & cooled
3 C. chicken, chopped
1 8oz. can mushrooms, drained

Directions:
Directions:
1) Melt butter in pan over low heat.
2) Blend in flour and gradually add milk.
3) Cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
4) Add 1 C. mozzarella cheese and 1 C. parmesan cheese.
5) Stir until melted.
6) Add spaghetti, chicken and mushrooms. Mix slightly.
7) Spoon into 9x13 casserole pan.
8) Bake @ 350ºF for 20 minutes.
9) Top with 1½ C. mozzarella and ¼ C. parmesan.
10) Bake until melted.
