1 cups unsalted butter at room temperature
1 cup sugar
6 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract and seeds from one pod
4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
dash of salt
Icing
1/4 cup butter softened
4 oz cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla and vanilla bean seed from one pod

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In the bowl of stand mixer, beat together butter and sugar til light and fluffy. Add eggs beating one at a time in. Add Vanilla extract. beat til well combined. Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix til well combined. Use tablespoon and roll into balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake 7 minutes until the bottoms are a nice golden color. Took 9 minutes in my oven. Remove and cool on rack.
For glaze mix butter and cream cheese, add vanilla and caviar seeds from bean pod. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Sprinkle with sprinkles, etc as soon as frost. Allow to dry.
