lb. ground beef*
C. chopped onion
2 small cloves garlic
1 C. cottage cheese
C. parmesan cheese
1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp. parsley
10 manicotti shells
1 15oz. can tomato-herb sauce
C. shredded cheese


*May eliminate beef and double cheese ingredients; adding 1 C. mozzarella cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cook beef, onion and garlic until beef is brown and onion is tender.
2) Drain fat.
3) Stir in cheeses, egg and parsley. Set aside
4) Spoon to ⅓ C. of filling into each shell.
5) Arrange in 9 x 13 casserole pan.
6) Pour tomato sauce over shells.
7) Bake @ 350F for 35 minutes until heated through.
8) Sprinkle with shredded cheese before serving.
