Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 onion
1 clove garlic
2 14oz. boxes chicken or vegetable broth
1 tsp. celery salt
tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. cumin
2 potatoes, diced
2 carrots
3 chiles, peeled & chopped
1 lb. stew meat, tenderized & browned

Directions:
Directions:
1) Combine all ingredients
2) Cook in Crock Pot for 4-6 hours on low.
3) It will taste better the longer it simmers.
4) You may thicken the broth with corn starch.
5) Serve with tortillas.
