Ingredients:  
6 medium potatoes
1 c. mayo
1 tbsp. dill pickle juice or white vinegar
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
2 celery stalks, chopped (1c.)
1 small onion, diced ( c.)
4-6 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
1 c. diced dill pickles

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes till soft, drain and put in bowl.
Add remaining ingredients.
Chill 4 hours in fridge.
Serve.
Sprinkle top with paprika if desired.
