1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. salad dressing (this is Miracle Whip)
1 tbsp. shortening (melted in 9-inch pan)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except salad dressing and shortening. Add salad dressing and stir. Pour in pan with melted shortening. Bake in 400ºF oven 20 - 25 minutes.
