Instant Pot Macaroni & Cheese Recipe

Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 box 16 Oz pasta of choice (medium shells)
4 cups chicken stock (about 1 large box)
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (gives a little kick)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tb butter
Put these ingredients into pot.
Allow pot to come up to high pressure cook
Cool for 5 minutes
Do a quick release of pressure
Take off lid once all pressure out
Stir!
Cheese sauce:
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 shredded block of cheese of your choice
(I did 1/2 Monterey Jack and 1/2 sharp Cheddar)
1/2 block of 1” cubed velveeta.
