i cup boiling water
1/2 cup butter
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs, unbeaten
1 cup flour

Directions:

preheat oven to 375
1. bring water, butter and salt to a rolling boil
2. add flour ALL AT ONCE, stirring on LOW heat until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
3. remove from the heat and continue to beat for 1-2 minutes
4. add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until the mixture has a satin like sheen, (smooth and velvety)
5. Drop scant 1/4 cups of batter on lightly greased cookie sheet
6. cook for about 35 minutes (?) or until golden brown. Do not under cook
