2 15oz. cans black beans
1-2 C. cooked rice
3 C. water
lb. bacon*, fried crisp - crumble
2 medium onions, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
tsp. coarsely ground pepper

* May substitute lb. smoked ham

Directions:
Directions:
1) Fry bacon or cook ham.
2) Combine ingredients in Crock Pot.
3) Cook on low for 4-6 hours.


NOTE: May combine all ingredients in gallon Ziploc and freeze to be cooked on another day.
