1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups old Fashion Oats
2 cups almond slivers
1/2 cup flax seed
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a saucepan cook oil, honey and vanilla until a slow boil; then remove from heat. In a large bowl combine, oats, almonds, flax seed, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Mix well. Pour the honey syrup over the oats mixture. Mix all together well. Once mixed pour into a pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes (stirring occassionlly). Let cool then add any dry fruits you want (cranberries, raisins, bananas, etc..)
Store in a container with a lid.

Here is an idea: In a glass add yogurt, berries, then granola. Its a very good snack.
