1 stick butter, softened
c. sugar
1 c. flour
tsp. salt
3 large smashed bananas
2 large eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Grease 9X5X3 bread load pan.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add one egg at a time. Beating well after each one.
Sift in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in wheat flour. Add bananas and vanilla. Mix well.
Pour into pan. Bake 50 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
