Ingredients
• 1 -12oz package wide egg noodles
• 1.5 lb ground beef
• 2-8oz cans of Cantadina tomato sauce
• 1-16oz container of sour cream
• 1 tsp dried oregano or 2 tsp of Italian seasoning
• 2 cloves of minced garlic
• 1- 8 oz package of cream cheese
• 1 bunch of green onions

Cold Ingredients
• Empty sour cream into a large mixing bowl, mix in softened cream cheese. To soften cream cheese leave out of refrigerator for awhile or place in a separate bowl and microwave for approx.30 seconds
• Wash and chop green onions, add and to mixture and stir well
• Set aside
Hot Ingredients
• Cook noodles according to package strain and set aside
• In a skillet add ground beef, garlic and brown until meat is done and crumbly, drain fat.
• Add tomato sauce and 1 tsp of oregano or 2 tsp of Italian seasoning
• Bring to a boil and turn off
Building the lasagna
In a 9 x 13 baking pan layer in this order:
1. layer of noodles
2. Tomato meat sauce
3. Cold mixture
Repeat again
Before placing in oven sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1.5 hours
