1 lb butter
3 1/2 cups sugar
10 eggs
4 cups sifted flour
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
cream butter, add sugar and cream till fluffy
add eggs one at a time on lowest speed
beat in flour a LITTLE bit at a time
add vanilla last
bake for 1 hour 30 minutes at 350
