12 oz. elbow macaroni
4 cups chicken broth
3 T. butter
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup milk
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. ground mustard
½ tsp. black pepper
1¼ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese

Place macaroni noodles, broth, butter, onion and salt in the pot of your Instant Pot. Set the Instant Pot to high pressure cook for 4 minutes. Do a quick release and remove the lid after all the pressure has been released. There will still be a little bit of water in the pot. Do not drain. Pour milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, ground mustard and black pepper into the pot and stir until combined. Slowly add the shredded cheese, stirring constantly until cheese is melted and mixed well. Serve immediately.
