It is a very long and hard recipe to make. I have made it before with my mom and my aunt Lynne - when we lived on Canyon Road

The best thing to do is call Honor Market in Michigan. We have had it from all over and we like theirs the best.

Call Pat at 231-325-3360. He will overnight it. It costs more for the shipping that for the meat but worth it. You can account for about 4 ounces per person.
