dough
8 tsp soft butter
3 oz cream cheese
1 cup flour

filling
2/3 cup chopped pecans
1 egg
3/4 cups brown sugar
1 tsp butter
1 tsp vanilla 1/8 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 325
mix dough ingredients and form into 30 small balls
chill them together in plastic wrap
when chilled press them into mini muffin tins, pressing dough onto bottom & up the sides
place 1/2 the pecans at the bottom of each tin
beat filling & pour over the pecans
top with remaining pecans
bake for at 325 for about 325 or until set
