1 bag Fritos corn chips
1½ lb. ground beef
⅓ large onion, chopped
1 small can green chillies
1 can enchilada sauce
2 oz. cream cheese
2 c. shredded cheese
2 c. shredded lettuce
½ c. fresh diced tomato
16 oz. salsa (your choice)
8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion. Add green chilles, enchilada sauce and cream cheese. Mix well.
In 9X13 pan layer butter with Fritos and meat mixture and cheese.
Bake 350º for 20 minutes.
Top individual servings with lettuce, tomatoes, salsa and sour cream as desired.
