2 c. sugar
c. butter, softened
c. evaporated milk
4 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
⅛ tsp. salt
c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. rolled oats (quick oats)
3 c. coconut flakes

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan over medium heat combine sugar, butter, evaporated mild, cocoa and salt. Heat stirring frequently until boiling. Cover pan for 30-45 seconds. Uncover and boil stirring continually for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Add oats and coconut. Mix well. Let stand for 3 minutes. Drop by tbsp. on waxed paper.
