2 rotisserie chickens
1 package penne pasta
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 onion
2 ears of corn
1 bottle of creamy italian dressing
1 container of feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Ahead of time cut all of the chicken up and put in a large ziploc bag in the fridge. You may want to toss in the microwave to warm up right before you mix it all together.



Brush each of the vegetables generously with dressing. Grill them all and once done bring in and cut up.

Prepare pasta according to directions.

Put all ingredients into large bowl and toss together the pasta, chicken, veggies, feta and dressing.

Part of the fun of this is everyone can jump in and cut up the very hot veggies. We usually all walk away with burned fingers.
