3 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1½ butter , room temperature
1½ c. sugar
1½ c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
3 c. old fashioned oats
2 c. coconut flakes
2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl beat butter on med until smooth. Add sugar and brown sugar, beat 2 minutes. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Add vanilla.
Stir in flour mixture. Blend until combined. Add chocolate chips. oats, coconut and pecans. Stir until fully incorporated. Drop by rounded tsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool on pan for 1-2 minutes before moving to cooling rack.
