1 lb raw shrimp (or more)
1½ lbs raw bay scallops
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup butter
1T chopped parsley
6 cloves crushed garlic
½ lb fresh mushrooms, thin sliced
1 can water chestnuts sliced
½ can bean sprouts

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade seafood in soy sauce for 15 minutes
Sauté parsley & garlic in butter
Remove seafood from marinade & place in shallow casserole dish
Top with mushrooms & other vegetables
Pour butter mixture over top
Bake 350º 25 minutes or so.
Check shrimp for doneness
