1 6 ounce package of lemon jello
½ t lemon extract
¾ cup of vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 package of lemon cake mix
1 cup of hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Add boiling water to gelatin, dissolve and let cool. Beat oil into cake mix. Beat eggs in, one at a time. Add extract and cooled gelatin. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes or until you can see it is lightly browning.

Frosting:

1 cup of powdered sugar
2 T fresh lemon juice

Mix together. Poke holes in cake with fork while still warm and drizzle frosting on the top.
