4 c water
4 tsp chicken bouillon granules
2 packages 10 oz each broccoli
4 c milk
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/8 t nutmeg
1/2 c flour
1 1/4 c shredded swiss cheese
3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan combine 3 c water and bouillon until dissolved. Add broccoli and cook 8 minutes. Stir in milk, salt and pepper, nutmeg. Combine flour and water. Stir into cooked mixture and stir 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add cheese. Stir until melted.
