2 packs of frozen spinach
4 T butter
2 t flour
2 t chopped onions
½ cup of the juice from the spinach cooking
½ t pepper
¾ t celery salt
¾ t garlic salt
8 oz. shredded jalapeno jack cheese
1 t red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain reserving ½ cup of the liquid. on stovetop melt butter, add flour and stir until smooth. Add seasoning and cheese until melted, combine in the spinach and the liquid. Put into sprayed casserole pan and cover with bread crumbs. Cook 30 minutes at 350.
