6 slices white bread
1 pound breakfast sausage
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, grated
8 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Remove crusts from bread. Butter each slice and cut up. Place bread cubes in a greased 9 X 13 pan. Cook and crumble the sausage. Drain. Put in the pan on top of the bread. Top with the grated cheese. Mix together the eggs, milk, salt, mustard and paprika. Pour over the top, bake @ 350º for 35 minutes.

If baking without refrigerating firs, less time is needed to bake. Make this the night before and refrigerate covered to save time the next morning!
