¼ C Milk
⅛ t pepper
2 Eggs, well beaten
2 T Snipped Parsley
1 t Yellow Mustard
¼ C Finely Chopped Onion
2 T Bread Crumbs
1 3 oz. Package of Cream Cheese
¾ C Bread Crumbs
½ Lb. Ground Pork or 8 Ounces of Sausage Meat
1 can Sauerkraut, drained and chopped
¼ C Flour
¼ t Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork and onion until meat is browned, drain off fat. Add sauerkraut and 2 T. bread crumbs. Combine softened cream cheese, parsley, mustard, garlic salt and pepper; stir into sauerkraut mixture. Chill for couple of hours at least. Shape into ¾ inch balls; coat with flour. Combine eggs and milk; roll floured balls in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs. Fry balls until golden brown.

Mustard sauce: Stir together ½ C mayo and 2 T yellow mustard.
Curry Dip: Combine ½ cup sour cream and ½ t curry powder.
