2 C Milk
3 Eggs
1 T Sugar
1/4 t Salt
1 T Melted Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, whisk well and refrigerate over night for best results. In the morning, you will want to whisk again. Melt a smidge of butter on the crepe pans and melt before you begin making the pancakes. Honey use to say the thinner the better. Serve with butter and powdered sugar. Jelly and Nutella have also been suggested. Enjoy!
