Ingredients:  
2 tsp yeast
2 tbsp sugar
¾ cup water
1 large egg
2 ¾ cups bread flour
4 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place yeast and sugar in bread machine pan. Add water and stir until mixed. Add egg then 1 ¾ cups of bread flour. Drizzle butter and salt over flour. Cover with remaining flour. Start bread machine on dough cycle. When finished, dump out onto floured surface and knead until not sticky. Form into a log and place in a bread pan. Let rise for about 40 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. Remove bread from pan and cool on wire rack. Place in plastic bag for storage.

May need a little more water for the right dough consistency.
Best sliced the second day.
May mold if not refrigerated.
