Cake:
1 1/4 cup oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups + 2 T flour
2 tsp each cinnamon, soda, baking powder
3 cups ground raw carrots
3/4 cups walnuts chopped

Frosting:
1 box powdered sugar
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour 9 x 13 cake pan. Preheat oven to 350.
Put oil and sugar in mixing bowl. Combine.
Add eggs one at a time, beat.
Add dry ingredients, then carrots and walnuts.
Bake 45 minutes or until done.

When cool, combine and beat frosting ingredients until smooth and creamy.
