Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Dad's classic recipe. He originally got this recipe from Jerry at the Headliner Hair Salon, where he worked. Jerry would put just mizithra cheese in the recipe and sub 1/2 parmesan and 1/2 Romano if he couldn't find mizithra. Dad usually put mizithra and parmesan and would substitute romano cheese if he couldn't find mizithra. I don' think my Dad ever wrote down this recipe, and my Mom and I had to just remember how he did it. I think we finally got it right and make this at least 6 times a year, now being a staple at our house. It's just delicious!
