Honey Lemon Chicken Recipe

- 2 chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 40g cornstarch
- Drizzle of vegetable oil
- Spices: lemon pepper, garlic powder, salt

- 70g honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 10g cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- Splash rice vinegar
- Zest+juice of one lemon

1. Add your spices to your cornstarch in a ziplock bag. Dredge your chicken with it.
2. Heat your oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add your chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through
3. In a bowl, mix your sauce ingredients together. Add to pan with chicken and let sauce thicken. Spoon sauce over chicken occasionally. Remove when sticky.
4. Serve over rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
