"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
My grandmother’s recipe that i found out many years after she passed it turned out to be a well known published recipe on a box that she slightly changed to make it her own. My father loved these and i baked them regularly for him! These brownies were baked by others in the family!
