2 cups potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 cup ham, diced
1 cups milk
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp butter
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
tsp salt
tsp ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil your potatoes and peel the skins off. Cut and slice potatoes. Chop ham into bite size pieces. Make a roux (melted butter and flour, cooked until golden) with milk, cheese cheddar, pepper and salt. Pour over potatoes in pan. Cover and place in oven and bake for 30 minutes at 350.
