- Chopped Meat
- Egg (1 per pound of chopped meat)
- Fresh Parsley
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Romano Cheese (grated)
- Loaf of Italian Bread
- Corn Oil

- Soak the Italian Bread in water and remove the crust
- Prepare frying pan with corn oil on medium flame.
- Combine chopped meat, egg, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, romano and bread.
- Once oil is hot - take a small amount of meat mixture and form into a ball.
- Fry for 8 minutes each side.
- Once meatball is done place in sauce (pg. #) for 1/2 hour.
