- 8 Bacon Strips (chopped)
- Olive Oil
- Sausage (chopped)
- Onions (chopped)
- 2 lbs. Chopped Meat
- 1 ½ cups Cooked White Rice
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Romano Cheese (grated)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
- Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil
2. Add bacon - cook and take out of pan.
3. In the same oil - add sausage - cook and take out of pan.
4. In the same oil - add onions - cook until soft.
5. Add chopped meat into the onion and cook until brown.
6. Add bacon and sausage - mix well.
7. Add the white rice, eggs, romano cheese, salt, pepper, garlic and parsley into the meat.
8. Transfer to baking pan.
9. Bake at 350ºF for 10-15 minutes.
