- Red Bell Peppers
- Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- Olive Oil
- Salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat stove to low flame
2. Put peppers on a flat grill skillet and watch them carefully - they must be turned every 10 minutes or so. If they get charred too quickly lower the flame or turn more frequently.
3. Roast the peppers evenly on the top, sides and bottom.
4. After cooked put them in a container with lid to cool.
5. Peel skin and take seeds out.
6. Cut into strips.
7. Mix olive oil, garlic, parsley and salt together and then add strips of peppers.
