Ingredients:  
- Large Onion (chopped)
- Butter Stick
- White Wine (1 cup)
- Romano Cheese (grated)
- Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute onion in butter and wine.
2. Put uncooked rice in a pot with onion mixture
3. Add chicken broth to stir in. Be sure to continue to stir until broth is absorbed.
4. Add grated romano cheese
5. Repeat until rice is cooked.
6. The dish is finished when not soupy.
