Bluma's Blintzes Recipe

2 cups of flour
2 eggs
1 cup water
1 cup of milk
Mix the batter with a hand mixer
1-16 oz container of cottage cheese liquid drained
1 egg
6 TBS of sugar
3 TBS melted butter
cup of golden raisin or 1 small can of pineapple tidbits liquid drained
Mix filling with hand blender

Use a small crepe of small cast iron pan greased to make thin crepes.
Fill crepes, and roll like a small open ended burrito. Fry in butter until brown on both sides.
Serve topped with sour cream and sprinkle a little sugar over the sour cream.
