1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 TBS cream of EGGNOG
1 tsp vanilla
(Blend)


Sep bowl:
1/2 tsp good nutmeg
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

(ADD)
Directions:

1. Pre-heat overn to 375
2. Combine shortening and sugar in a mixer on high-ish. Add eggs. Add vanilla and EGGNOG. Blend.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and add them to the mixer, a little at a time until well blended.
4. Squeeze them out onto a foiled baking sheet and put the colored sugar on before you bake.
5. Bake them 3-5 minutes, take them out and SLAM them on the counter.
6. Remove from pan immediately.
