2 c Enchilada sauce
8 -8 inch Flour tortillas
2 pounds of chicken shredded
c Taco seasoning
c yellow onion diced
12 oz Cheddar cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 350.
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add in the shredded chicken, taco seasoning, cup of water, and onions. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes or until the liquid has dissolved partially.
Apply cooking spray in an 119-inch casserole dish.
