Lb. Chicken Thighs, cut into 1" cubes
2 Carrots, shredded
Tbs. Soy Sauce
Tbs. Rice Vinegar
2 tsp. Ginger Powder or Tbs. fresh Ginger
1/4 tsp. Pepper
32 oz. Chicken Broth
1 cup Water
2 oz. Vermicelli Noodles or Odon Noodles
6 oz. Pea Pods

Directions:
Directions:
Add all BUT the Noodles and Pea Pods in Dutch oven
Cook 1 1/2 hours covered
Add Pea Pods, cook 5-8 minutes
Cook Noodles and add to bowls, Pour Soup over noodles

Don't add the Noodles to soup in pot as they will soak up all the broth
