2 large eggs
¾ c. milk
½ c. water
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. melted butter
2½ tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream filling:
12 oz. cream cheese
½ c. sour cream
¾ c. c. sugar
¼ c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in blender, eggs, milk, water, flour, butter, sugar and vanilla, for 10 seconds. Set in fridge for 1 hour. Grease pan and cook on medium heat for 30 seconds on each side.

Cream filling:
Mix together.
