Ingredients:  
1 pound hamburger
1 clove garlic, diced
1 quart canned tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp oregano
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup cooking wine (red or sherry)
4-5 drops oregano oil
4-5 fresh basil leaves, chopped
Salt and pepper

Directions:

Cook hamburger meat, add in minced garlic. Stir in remaining ingredients, and let simmer for 15-20 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings, may need more salt. Serve over spaghetti, or use for lasagna.
