1 12-oz pkg broccoli, cooked 2-3 minutes
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup butter
1 cup Velveeta cheese
1 tsp salt
1 cup white rice, cooked
Topping: 1 cup Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all together and pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top of casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 350, or until bubbly.
