1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (cubed)
1 to 2 tsp minced garlic
1 pkg of frozen spinach,
1 (14 oz) can of artichoke hearts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Either frozen or canned artichoke hearts can be used. Thaw spinach and squeeze all juice; then set aside. Combine all ingredients. Place in shallow casserole dish. You can either bake the dip for about 15-20 minutes at 325º, but I have also found that you can just heat it in the microwave for a few minutes. Serve in a bread bowl or with crackers.
